It's a delicate scent and not overpowering like some of the "fruity combinations" tend to be. It doesn't set off any "smell allergies" for me like some of them have. It is a nice size bottle, doesn't take much to make a rich lather, and it is NOT OILY! It hydrates and moisturizes my skin and just leaves my skin feeling clean and not as dry even with daily use. I can't say it smooths out any wrinkles that have set in - for me anyway - but it is a very good body wash product that smells nice and makes my skin feel better. . I was very disappointed when I heard this particular scent was being discontinued and not looking forward to trying to find something else - I'd rather keep this one! Thank you!I was disappointed with how this smells. To me, it has a smell very similar to artificial chocolate scents that candle companies use during Christmas. I hate that smell.However, it makes my skin feel very soft, and has an awesome lather.I won’t buy more of this scent, but I‘ve gotten used to the smell, and love the way it feels on my skin, so I’m going to finish using it, and try a different scent from this brand in the future.So, first impressions....As I was unboxing this product, I realized that a halfway ripped bag encircled the container (see picture for clarification). This to be honest was a little weird, however, it served no problem since there was no apparent bumps/bruises, or leaking from the bottle. In other words, visually, it was in perfect condition. Moving on...As I threw off the rapper, I immediately opened the bottle and took a whiff. Although subtle, the sweet smell of peach blossoms radiated out of the bottle and actually lingered in the air for quite some time. The smell intensifies when you go to lather it on, and the mix of peach, ginger, and grapefruit, takes on an almost gummy bear like smell. This is not bad in any way and is quite delicious. Now for the best part...The feeling on your skin, as the rich and creamy lather works into it and makes you feel moisturized and anew! I had been trying to find something to help with my dry skin and this totally did the job. This body wash is a two in one, cleanser and lotion, that completely soothed and smoothed my dry skin. Thanks so much Aveeno, I couldn’t be happier with this product!I love the smell of this bottle of body wash. It is not one of the scents I can get in my local store, and with Covid, being able to order on line is just easier. I will agree with others though. I bought this with 2 other items. They all came in one box. Unfortunately during transit the lid became loose and I had product all over my other items. I was looking for a moisturizing body wash that didn't have an overpowering fragrance and didn't clash with any applied fragrance after bathing.This product is smooth and creamy and makes a nice lather. The smell is absolutely delicious! Soothing and lightly fruit scented, it's very much reminiscent (no pun intended) of a spa-experience. It cleans well, without being harsh or drying. I especially like traveling with it, because hotel products I have experienced tend to be drying and can sometimes have off-putting scents. This product is very inexpensive to boot! Here is a relaxing tip: a squirt or two into your hot bath makes for a relaxing stress-relieving soak! And who couldn't use that? A break from it all could be as close as your bath or shower! Enjoy!I usually finish the bath with Nivea Cocoa Butter Intensively Hydrating Body Lotion that goes on before getting out of the tub or shower. Please refer to that review- and you'll enjoy soft skin and will smell like a million for pennies!! The two products go hand in hand! Enjoy bah time! It's the cheapest, most accessible luxury possible!I have tried a few different body washes over the last few months all of them Aveeno. I liked Aveeno Positively Nourishing the best in both the Fig and Lavender. It smells good, the scent lasts for a few hours after my shower but is not overpowering, and leaves my skin feeling smooth with no itchiness. I have unfortunately been through a lot of intensive chemotherapy over the last few years which changed my skin tone and gave me a few complications afterwards. This product is soothing to my skin and helps with the overall look and feel of it. It has a creamy look to it. I don't use a pouf, I just spread some in the palm of my hand and rub it over my skin. It gets a little sudsy but not a lot. I use this in conjunction with the Aveeno Moisturizing Lotion which I put on after showering in the morning. The combination can't be beat for me. I currently have a bottle of the Fig and a bottle of Lavender in the shower caddy. I alternate using them each day and look forward to using them too for the nice, but not too feminine scent. I tried the other Aveeno Lavender with the oatmeal and it was good, more jelly like in consistency, but I like the scent better on this one. It is stronger and just nicer to my nose.I like this body wash. It seems to moisturize well and is good for sensitive skin, haven't had any issues so far with that. As far as the scent goes, it's definitely unique, I don't think I've ever used a body wash with a fig scent before. It's not a bad scent, it does smell nice but probably not my favorite. I really like Aveeno products, so I think when it's time to get more body wash I'll try one with a different scent. Overall I like this body wash but not sure if I would buy this particular scent again if I can find one that I like betterI'm loving this product, with sensitive skin I have to be careful and the Avening products are always good quality. Very creamy and whe used with a shower scrub ball works up into a great lather. This has lasted me to months. Will definitely be buying this againbought as this had really good reviews and I was expecting it to be perfect for hydrating my dry skin - so far this hasn’t made any difference and I am beginning to regret paying such a lot for a product that doesn't appear to make my skin any less dryLove this product.
