Everything was intact when delivered. Love this “deena crossbody bag” by kipling. A perfect bag not too big not too small, just right. Indeed great for everyday use. A woman’s necessities fits perfectly and still has extra room. Too bad you can't easily find it here in U.S.A has to be ordered in the U.K. Price wise, it is quite expensive.
