The only issue we had is the making it flush to the tile. I decided to go with marble and so I needed to buy extra extenders.In order to install the shower heads, you need a 12mm Individual Metric Hex/Allen Key Wrench with Regular Hex End-310512It is quite difficult to find this tool because Home Depot doesn't carry them neither. Make sure you order one before you start.Perfect addition to our bathroom remodel, the only thing we needed to buy extra was a shorter arm because the one that is included would make the shower head too low. Great quality, would purchase again.This product seems very high quality. The fixtures are all metal, not plastic levers like we had seen on other brand names. Still working on the install, but overall, this seems like a great, quality product.I loooove this shower! I get water from all angles! Its truly a remarkable shower. It's so luxurious and you feel squeaky clean! I look forward to my daily shower!
